Nadja Vietz leads our Spanish practice, specializing in assisting U.S. and European companies with foreign direct investments into Spain and Germany, as well as supporting European companies with foreign direct investment into the U.S. and Latin America. Nadja is based in both Barcelona and Seattle, with frequent travel to Madrid, Los Angeles, and Miami to oversee and manage cross-border transactions.

With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, real estate, civil and private law, and wills and bequests, Nadja is well-versed in handling international investments. Holding three law degrees and qualifications from Germany, Spain, and the U.S., she is uniquely positioned to assist clients in navigating complex international legal issues and cross-border disputes.

Fluent in German, Spanish, and English, and proficient in French and Catalan, Nadja’s multilingual capabilities and her experience working in both the U.S. and Europe enable her to bridge cultural and legal differences effectively. She applies her comprehensive legal knowledge to help clients achieve their international business goals while ensuring their interests are protected across diverse legal landscapes.
